Max-Min Module type 668This module can be used to determine maximum and minimum
values as well as pulse amplitude of an analog signal on the PLUGSYS bus
system (e.g. from blood pressure: systolic and diastolic values). |
Description | |
| Input | ±10 Volt, selected by links from the PLUGSYS bus system |
| Trigger | the following trigger actions (response) can be selected with
the rotary switch Trigger select: derived from the input signal: a) mode 1 or 2, positive or negative slope at 50% of the preceding signal amplitude b) mode 3 sets maximum on the negative slope (50% of the preceding amplitude) and minimum on the positive slope of the input signal (50% of the preceding signal amplitude). external: TTL level trigger pulse soft: computer-controlled trigger by control command from an external MS-DOS computer. It requires the PLUGSYS modules ICI, Bl and application control program time: time-controlled response to minimum and maximum according to elapsed time interval after 2/4/8/16 sec. The response mode selected is indicated on a row of LEDs. The LED selected flashes as a check during trigger response. |
| Outputs | the 3 signal outputs maximum, minimum, amplitude are available
on the PLUGSYS bus system (Max, Min ±10 V). The trigger signal is available at the BNC socket on the front panel for synchronising external units such as an oscilloscope to check for correct triggering. |
| MUX | after pressing the MUX key the signal selected with the switch "Min-Amp-Max is connected via the common MUX output to the input of the optional DVM Digital Voltmeter Module for checking the signal amplitude. The function is self-maintained; the module previously selected is switched off. |
| Power supply | 5 V, 800 mA through connector from the PLUGSYS bus system. |
| Dimensions | module for 19 inch rack, width 4 E (20.2 mm), height 3 U (128.7 mm), depth Europe size (220 mm) |
| Connector | DIN 41612, 96-pin VG |
| Weight | 300 g |
