* Required Fields

Please use the checklists below as a guide to help you define the specific components of systems suitable for your research needs.

Isolated Heart Systems

- Langendorff System

- Working Heart System

- Perfusion Solution Monitoring

- Electrical Stimulation

- Single Lead ECG and MAP

- Multi-Lead ECG and Multiple Epicardial MAP*

*(only on rat and larger hearts, IH-5 system)

Isolated Perfused Lung Systems

*Negative Pressure ventilation is accomplished by drawing air from the lung chamber creating a negative pressure in the chamber so that the lung draws air rather than having a set volume of air forced into the lungs (positive pressure). Negative pressure ventilation is the most physiological and slows edema formation.

- IPL Systems

- Perfusion Solution Monitoring

**(Advanced Module Required)

Isolated Tissue Systems

- Incubation / Immersion

- Superfusion mode

- The following parameters require a beating or an electrical stimulated tissue (heart tissue)

   - CT (conduction Time)
   - TOP (Take Off Potential)
   - AMP (Amplitude), dV/dt (Max. rate of depolarisation)
   - EOP (Potential after end of AP)
   - APD90 APD75 APD50 APD25 APD10 (Signal duration at 90, 75, 50, 25, 10%)

Isolated Abdominal Organ Systems

- Non-Hollow Organs

- Hollow Organs (requires a special perfusion bath for tubular organs PBTO)

For evaluation of typical parameters, such as:
   - From All Pressures: Systolic, Diastolic and Mean Pressure
   - From All Flows: Mean, Max. and Min. Flow
   - Contractile Force
   - From temperature, pO2, pH Signals: Mean Value
It is also possible to calculate specific values from these parameters by writing a formula.
(e.g., Vascular Resistance (P/F) or Flow / organ weight, etc.)
