Gas Mixers
Pre-mixed gas cylinders are notoriously expensive and limiting. The MCQ digital gas mixers provide unparalleled, easy to use, flexible mixing of input gases for a wide range of scientific applications. The mixers accept a range of gas inputs from individual gases to gas mixtures. Each channel is factory calibrated for the user specified gas inputs. PC Mixing software is included with each mixer to simplify setup, programming and execution of your gas mixture output.
Applications range from cell culture, ex vivo organ perfusion, anesthetized animal gas delivery, environmental chambers, plethysmographs and so much more. One can create anoxic, hypoxic, hyperoxic, hypercapnic outputs just to name a few. Complex programs can be created to adjust the gas mixture output over time to automate the duration and concentration of the gas mixer output. Models are available for microflows of 0.5 ml/min up to high output flows of 15 L/min depending on the model of gas mixer selected.

Each mixer is supplied with input tubing with one way check valves for each channel. O2, CO2, N2 and Air gas calibrations are included at no charge. Other input gas calibrations require an additional fee. Input gas calibrations must be specified and included with order placement.

Touch Display
The Gas Blender 100 Plus is a stand-alone device, and it allows you to control all the parameters and access all the main features by the Touch Display. The user interface already contains several of the most important actions such as: Play and Stop the gas mixing, regulation of the gas ratio for each channel, native gases setting and much more.
Automated Feedback System
With Gas Blender 100 Plus, you can create, save and load your automatic mixture program, set the percentage of each channel, the total flow of the gas mixture and process duration. The program code can be edited anytime, exported to an external file and reloaded later.
Intuitive Software
For Advanced functionality or to control the instrument via PC, MCQ instruments also provides MCQ Mixture Creator, a complete gas mixing software, that allows direct access and control to all the parameters of our products. Thanks to a user-friendly interface, you can manage the gas mixing process to modify and control both the final blending and your dynamic dilution.
Easy to Integrate
Gas Blender 100 Plus is not only USB connected, but Bluetooth ready, with the possibility of future Wi-Fi implementation. This functionality allows to remote control the instrument. Its integrability with Profibus, Modbus & Simulink gives the possibility of an extremely easy integration into other systems. Moreover, we supply a Python Library to control the instrument via RS485.
